Description
The City of Redding is seeking a qualified contractor to replace an existing 36‑in × 60‑in arch culvert on Victor Avenue with dual 36‑in HDPE pipes, replace associated catch basins, install a short 48‑in storm‑drain section, and construct a new manhole. The scope includes water‑pollution control, traffic control, trench shoring, signage, erosion and sediment control, and post‑installation CCTV inspection. The contract is a lump‑sum award with a 30‑working‑day completion window and strict bonding, insurance, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
