Notice of Intent: Storage and distribution services for 438.75 cu ft of paper research and pathology reports; and 1,670.12 cu ft of pathology paraffin embedded tissue blocks and tissue fixed slides used in the Laboratory of Pathology, CCR, NCI.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Laboratory of Pathology is seeking storage and distribution services for approximately 438.75 cubic feet of paper research and pathology reports, as well as 1,670.12 cubic feet of pathology paraffin embedded tissue blocks and tissue fixed slides. The contractor will be required to maintain written records, provide a climate-controlled environment, and ensure the safety and security of the materials. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with a period of performance of 12 months, and four option periods. The contractor must be able to provide a one-day turnaround for retrieval of materials and must comply with cGMP regulations and HIPAA.
