The Maryland State Highway Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to clean and repaint eight existing bridges (Nos. 1500700, 1500900, 1502700, 1510500, 1511000, 1511100, 1511300, and 1511400) located on various routes within Montgomery County. All work must comply with SSPC‑QP1 and QP2 painting contractor certifications. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Bid Express portal by 12:00 PM EST on October 29, 2026.
