The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety is seeking a qualified small business to provide ongoing analytical writing coaching services to up to 35 Energy Safety staff members. The coaching services will be provided virtually and will include pre-instructional meetings, kickoff meetings, initial discovery calls, coaching plans, and one-on-one writing coaching sessions. The contractor will be required to provide a list of coaches available for use and coordinate with the Contract Manager to assign available coaches. The contractor must also comply with Energy Safety's Conflict of Interest provisions and maintain all licenses required by law. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing one-on-one writing coaching sessions at times scheduled by Energy Safety • Creating individualized coaching plans for each staff member • Teaching staff to review their own writing, revise and edit work, develop critical thinking, construct strong arguments, and use facts and evidence effectively • Improving analysis structure and flow • Spending up to 30 minutes preparing for each coaching session and up to one hour providing coaching • Providing additional resources such as guides, databases, digital toolkits, handouts, worksheets, and tips.
