Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements RFP - (Re-bid)

The Town of Little Elm, Texas is requesting Proposals for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements project. The project includes demolition, installation of new equipment, and modification of existing systems. The scope of work includes the influent pump station, aerated grit chamber, clarifier, and other related systems. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. The proposal should include the proposed contract price, experience and qualifications of key personnel, project experience and past performance of the offeror, and the offeror's project approach. • Demolition of existing fine screen and associated support structure • Installation of new fine screen and associated support structure • Integration of existing and new fine screens into the plant SCADA system • Dewatering, cleaning, and inspection of the aerated grit chamber • Furnish and installation of new contracted effluent weirs in the aerated grit chamber • Temporary bypass pumping from the influent pump station manhole to RAS Mix Box Nos. 1, 2, and 3 during modifications • Demolition of existing clarifier mechanism, service platform, access bridge, and other incidentals • Furnish and installation of new clarifier mechanism, service platform, access bridge, and other incidentals • Modification of controls for existing sludge feed pumps • Installation of temporary piping to bypass the existing gravity thickener for dewatering, cleaning, and inspection • Assistance with dewatering and cleaning aerobic digestors 1-5 for inspection
