Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Wastewater System Planning Services for the Council’s ES Water Planning business unit. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis over a five-year period. The Council intends to award up to three master contracts for these services.
• The services include wastewater system planning
• The contract has a 15% goal for Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business participation
• Proposers are strongly encouraged to verify subcontractor’s State and Federal debarment and suspension status
• A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST
