Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a contractor to provide demolition services for two parcels in Warren County, Kentucky. The contractor will be responsible for removing buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances from the parcels. The contractor must comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements, and must provide adequate protection to safeguard the public at all times. The contract requires the contractor to submit a bid price for the work, and the contractor must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System to submit a response.
• The parcels are located at 25 Silver Springs Ave. and 1440 Three Springs Rd. in Bowling Green, KY.
• The contractor must remove all debris and materials from the site and dispose of them properly.
