Description
The Newark BOE is seeking proposals for medical insurance coverage and stop loss insurance. The proposal should include a medical rate grid template, a cost proposal, and required forms. The selected vendor will be required to provide various reports, including claimant reports, enrollment reports, and utilization summaries. The vendor will also be required to provide a communication allowance of $200,000 and a wellness fund of $250,000.
• The medical insurance coverage should include services such as Maven Family Forming/Maven Menopause, Hinge Health, TDC, Brightline, Cylinder/Gut Health, and FitON.
• The stop loss insurance should include a separate communication/technology allowance of $200,000 and a wellness/nutrition allowance of $250,000.
• The vendor should provide pricing using the medical rate grid template and should not submit zipped files.
• The proposal should be submitted via the electronic bidding platform https://npssourcing.com/ prior to 12:00 p.m., Friday, January 16, 2026.
