Description
The United States Navy is seeking a sole source contractor to provide 28 breaker panels for T-AKE class vessels to support paperless navigation. The breaker panels must be OEM Eaton Marine Rated PRL1X, 18 circuits, 225A, fully rated, 120/240V 1PH 3W, copper bus 10kAIC, 225A main lugs only top fed, surface mounted, with MLO option. The contractor must deliver the breaker panels to the MSC Warehouse in Norfolk, VA, by 30 Sep 2026. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must have a current CMMC status at the required CMMC level.
• The contractor must ensure that all subcontractors have a current CMMC certificate or status at the required CMMC level.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier for each item delivered under the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity, antiterrorism, and force protection.
