Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for lab benches, casework, and sinks. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 337127. The USDA requires delivery of all items within 90 days of award. The evaluation criteria include price, technical acceptability, and past performance. The government intends to make one award from this solicitation, and the award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the government.
• The offeror must provide pricing for all items requested in the attachment spreadsheet titled "Attachment 3 Quote Submission Form (0001)".
• The offeror must demonstrate technical acceptability by showing that their product meets all requirements.
• The offeror's past performance will be evaluated based on their ability to deliver products that meet requirements in prior or current awards.
• The government may reject any quotation that is evaluated to be unreasonable in terms of commitments, contract terms and conditions, or cost.
• The offeror must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation.
• The offeror must provide supporting documentation that describes and demonstrates how the quoted product(s) will meet or exceed the minimum salient characteristics of the item(s) being requested.
