Description
The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Cancer Health Hub Technical Assistance Provider to aid rural hospitals and partners with relationship building, agreement template development, and referral networks development to create rural hub and spoke models of care. The selected provider will work with the Agency to support the Healthy Hometowns initiative.
• The RFP is expected to be released on or around December 2025
