Fort Sill Chemical Latrines BPA

The U.S. Army’s Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sill is conducting a market‑research Sources Sought to establish a seven‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the rental, placement, servicing, and disposal of chemical‑type portable latrines and hand‑washing stations. Up to three qualified vendors located within a 60‑mile radius will be selected to provide permanent chemical latrines, hand‑washing units, consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer), routine cleaning, maintenance, emergency delivery, and proper waste disposal in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must be able to respond to emergency calls within 4 hours and must anchor units in high‑wind areas when required. All services are to be billed against a Government Purchase Card and must meet a pricing schedule outlined in the BPA. • Provide portable chemical latrines and hand‑washing stations, including consumables. • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs per schedule; emergency service < 24 hr notice. • Replace units as they age or become damaged; anchor units for wind up to 75 mph. • Ensure units are positioned ≥10 ft from roads/trails and secured against wind. • Dispose of waste off‑post in accordance with regulations; obtain any required permits. • Must be located within 60 mi of Fort Sill, OK; able to accept Government Credit Card payments. • BPA term: 7 years, with a maximum of three awardees.
