Description
The Cobb & Douglas Public Health is seeking a general contractor for a partial interior remodel of the first floor at 1738 County Services Parkway, Marietta, GA. The project includes remodeling portions of the existing interior space to improve security, patient privacy, and operational functionality. The scope of work includes selective demolition, construction of new partition walls, installation of doors and hardware, modifications to electrical and data connections, and interior wall preparation and paint finishes. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work.
• The project consists of four primary components: private offices, pharmacy, enclosed check-in/reception area, and corridor access control and door hardware modifications.
• The contractor must comply with applicable building codes, life safety requirements, ADA accessibility standards, and healthcare facility regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed analysis of the costs associated with the services, including general conditions, contractor fee, contingency, and lump sum cost of the project.
• The contractor must have experience with similar Design/Build construction projects and must provide references and resumes of key team members.
