OHARNG Tactical Vehicle Maneuver Lane Improvement at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG)

The Ohio Army National Guard is seeking bids for the improvement of an existing rail bed into a Tactical Vehicle Maneuver Lane (TVML) at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG). The project involves constructing a TVML for use by tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles. The work area will be between stations 78+50 to 74+00. There are also optional tasks (OPT #1, OPT #2, OPT #3, OPT #4) that involve improving the existing rail bed extending west from Paris-Windham Rd. The project requires the contractor to perform construction work, including clearing and grubbing, excavation, and pavement joint details. The contractor must also comply with environmental requirements, including obtaining necessary permits and minimizing waste generation.
