The Government will issue a solicitation to purchase, remove, and install DoD Anti‑Ram Active Vehicle Barrier (AVB) systems and associated Access Control Point (ACP) control systems at the Morin and Main Gates of Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The contractor must demolish existing barriers, perform all civil, foundation, and electrical work, install new barrier hardware, complete point‑to‑point wiring, integrate power, and program PLCs to ensure synchronized, fail‑safe operation of gatehouses, inspection centers, traffic lights, and communications enclosures. This effort includes full system integration, testing, and commissioning under the logistic cost‑sharing (LCS) program.
• Demolition, removal, disposal of existing AVBs and related site work.
• Installation of new AVB hardware, electrical wiring, power integration, and PLC reprogramming across multiple gate facilities.
• Comprehensive system integration, testing, and commissioning to achieve fail‑safe operation under normal and power‑loss conditions.
