GOO GRINDER

The U.S. Army is soliciting an overhead reservoir “Goo Grinder” system to blend and dispense two‑part materials for ammunition‑plant operations. The equipment must include gear pumps, chain drive, two five‑gallon reservoirs, optional shot‑control, static mixers, heaters, and both pneumatic and electric drive options. Output capacity is up to 1.5 quarts per minute with a variable ratio range of 1:1 to 6:1, capable of handling viscosities from 300 up to 50,000 cps. The contract will cover provision of the base grinder, optional accessories, and integration with existing plant infrastructure. • Provides precise metering of two‑part chemicals for munitions manufacturing. • Offers multiple drive options (air, electric) and optional accessories (footswitch, heaters, mixers). • Must meet Army specifications for durability, safety, and compatibility with standard shop air‑pneumatic systems.
