Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the Mechanical-HVAC Construction Package for the West Campus Chiller Plant Upsize project. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing cooling towers and chillers, as well as related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work. The project will be delivered through a multi-prime contract structure, and the Mechanical-HVAC Construction Package is scheduled to be released for bid on November 20, 2025, with bids due on December 15, 2025.
