NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply eight high‑performance “Steiger Dynamics Desktop PC” workstations built to a strict configuration. The computers must be delivered FOB destination to Edwards, CA, include a 4‑year parts & labor warranty, and be supported with lifetime technical assistance. The solicitation is an RFQ with an LPTA evaluation – any non‑conforming quote will be rejected.
• Deliver 8 fully assembled workstations (no OS) featuring Intel Core Ultra 9‑285K CPUs, NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPUs, 192 GB DDR5 RAM, 2 TB Gen5 NVMe SSDs, 1700 W Titanium‑rated PSU, and remote‑management BMC.
• Must be a U.S. small business, registered in SAM.gov with a valid CAGE/UEI, and comply with ITAR/EAR export‑control requirements.
• Quote deadline 4 PM CT Nov 8 2026; delivery required within 30 days after order receipt; payment Net 30.
