Description
The Rusk County Visitor Center is seeking bids for a re-roofing project. The objective of the project is to remove the old shingles and replace the existing roof system with asphalt shingles that meet all applicable building codes and standards. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, inspection and repair of underlying decking, installation of vapor barriers and underlayment, installation of new roofing materials, and integration of all flashing, drainage, and ventilation components. The project also includes removal of faux chimneys and site cleanup and debris removal.
