2027 Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI)Development, Production, Support, and Installation

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) is seeking sources to support the development, production, and installation of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) systems. The contract will require the contractor to provide follow-on engineering services support for U.S. Navy SSP-owned FTI systems, including maintenance, operation, sustainment, logistics support, and life cycle management. The contractor will also be required to develop, design, deliver, and validate a land-based telemetry system and provide program management administrative engineering and operation support. • The contract will be for a period of 48 months. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the Shipboard Data System (SDS) and adjacent sub-systems. • The contractor will be required to provide specialized field engineering services for production, testing, and installation of strategic hardware on-board U.S. OHIO and COLUMBIA. • The contractor will be required to provide systems engineering analysis and deliver trade studies in accordance with established SSP Operational Directives (ODs) and Systems Engineering Plan.
