Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for the demolition of structures in the right of way or easement areas. The firm must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class. The project consists of the demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The work must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project requires the demolition and removal of structures, including a 32’x45’ WF residential structure.
• The firm must provide all necessary equipment, supervision, and services for the complete demolition of the structures.
• The firm must comply with all pertinent regulations, including the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management.
• The firm must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the completion of the project.
• The firm must provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price.
• The firm must provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the requirements of the GDOT.
