Description
The State of Tennessee, Military Department is requesting bids for the installation of a new fence and gates at the Army National Guard facility in Crossville, TN. The project includes the installation of approximately 445 LF of 7’ tall security fence, two security gates, and 600 LF of 6’ tall chain link fence with barbed wire. The contractor must also provide access controls, including two dual height gooseneck-stand with access control pads and cameras, and integrate the existing AIPHONE system with the new components. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the job as specified.
• The project requires a mandatory site visit for all bidders.
• The contractor must provide all measurements and verify any underground utilities before digging on site.
• The contractor must provide documentation for any alternative products used, showing that they are superior to the specified products.
• The project includes the installation of heavy-duty gate operators and accessories.
• The contractor must test and verify the proper operation of the access controls and provide an as-built drawing with the repeater location noted if necessary.
