The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, install, and support three advanced training devices for the MH‑60T Jayhawk helicopter: one Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD), one Hoist Training Simulator (HTS), and one Deployable Hoist Training Simulator (D‑HTS). The contractor will manage full program execution, including system integration, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranty support under a three‑year firm‑fixed‑price contract.
