State of Maine’s Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete, trailer‑mounted Portable Traffic Signal System that includes dual‑head LED signals, solar power with AGM batteries, hydraulic lift, NEMA‑compliant controller, remote monitoring, on‑site training, and a full manufacturer’s warranty. The contract will be a Master Agreement with a one‑year initial performance period and up to four optional one‑year extensions. Delivery must be FOB‑Destination to the State’s fleet services address, and the vendor must maintain service facilities within 75 miles of each DOT division.
