Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The scope of work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, paint and finish, plumbing, sheetmetal and gutters, and thermal protection. The project must be completed within 45 working days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office to receive preference.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with their bid.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up fully.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the General Contract Conditions for Small Construction/Development Contracts (HUD-5370-EZ).
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and other required documentation within three days of notification of award.
