Description
The West Ottawa Public Schools are seeking bids for the installation and hardware of an alert system, including InformaCast software provisioning, licenses, and wearable alert badges. The district already has the Informacast system software and is looking for a contractor to provide the necessary hardware and installation. The bid must include material, delivery, and installation costs, with no additional costs allowed unless specified. The contractor must also provide an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act and a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationships with the district's board of education or superintendent.
