This solicitation establishes a three‑year, on‑call contract for the repair and replacement of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ADA pedestrian ramps, detectable warning surfaces, and the conversion of existing catch basins to updated types within six municipalities of Clarendon County, SC. The contractor will be issued purchase orders as work is needed, must respond within 30 days of order issuance, and the contract will auto‑renew annually after the initial term unless a 30‑day non‑renewal notice is given. The State will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with fixed‑price unit rates for each line item.
