Ketchikan Lakes Alternative Raw Water Supply Determination of Categorical Exclusion

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the Ketchikan Lakes Alternative Raw Water Supply project is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CE) under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan program. The project involves the development of an alternative raw water supply pipe, and the loan will be used to complete Phase 1 of design, including environmental permitting, geotechnical site reconnaissance, surveying, and preliminary engineering of pipeline and access road.
