Description
The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for material testing services for the Asphalt Overlay 2026 project. The project includes testing for base rock density, gradation, plasticity index, and compaction, as well as asphalt and concrete testing. The selected testing agency will be expected to respond to the County's request for testing within 24 hours of notification. The contract is expected to be approximately 12 months in duration, from April 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
• The project includes testing for base rock and asphalt materials
• The selected testing agency will be expected to provide written reports of findings on a bi-weekly basis
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of a bid and waive technicalities
• The successful bidder must agree to provide and maintain insurance coverage during the life of the contract
