GOODWOOD BLVD SIDEWALKS & BIKE PATHS (Airline Hwy. – Sharp Road)

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge are seeking bids for the construction of Goodwood Blvd sidewalks and bike paths. The project includes the installation of PCC sidewalks, ADA ramps, striping and signage, driveways, brick walks and drives, and related items of work. The bid opening will be held on June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time. Bidders must comply with all provisions of the State Licensing Law for Contractors and must hold an active license issued by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors in the classification of Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. • The project requires a minimum EBE goal of 14% of the contract amount. • Bidders must submit EBE Forms 1, 1A, and 2, and Letters of EBE Certification within 10 days after bid opening. • The bid must be firm for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids. • The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge reserve the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
