Los Angeles County’s DPW is seeking contractors to resurface 3.17 miles of major streets in the West Puente Valley area. The work includes cold‑mill removal, rubberized‑asphalt overlay, replacement of concrete curb ramps, curb & gutter, drive‑approach sections, tree removal/re‑planting, eight traffic‑signal relocations/upgrades, pavement markings, and new street signage. Bids are electronic‑only via Bid Express, with submission due by 11 a.m. on July 14 2026. The contract will be opened as a Microsoft Teams webcast.
