Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform pedestrian‑improvement construction along Old Norcross Road (SR 120/Duluth Highway) and Venture Drive in Gwinnett County. The work spans roughly 0.84 mi and includes earthwork, curb & gutter, sidewalk and concrete flat‑work, structural concrete, storm‑drain piping, asphalt paving, and related signing/striping. Bids must be sealed, include a 5 % bid bond, and meet Georgia‑specific bonding and insurance requirements.
