Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes repairs such as carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, plumbing, and roofing. The job must be completed within 15 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) to receive preference.
• The bidder must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the General Conditions for HUD.
• The bidder must provide all required documentation, including insurance certificates, within three days of notification of award.
