Repair of Live Fire Training Facility Tower (Camp Fuji)

The Marine Corps Installations Pacific – Regional Contracting Office (MCIPAC–RCO) is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing repair services for the Live Fire Training Facility Tower at the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC), Camp Fuji, Japan. The requirement is for the repair of a live-fire training tower, specifically focusing on the full replacement of the damaged fire liner and associated components within a burn cell. The facility is a proprietary "Fire Chief Model 14 x 21 Burn Cell 1," and WRG Fire Training Simulation Systems, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). • The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work required. • The contractor shall conduct a full tear-out and replacement of the damaged Marinite fire liner in Burn Cell 1. • The contractor shall install approximately 924 square feet of new Fire Command Composite Class A High Temp Fire Liner. • The contractor shall prepare, crate, and palletize all materials needed to be sent to Camp Fuji.
