Description
The USGS, Geology, Energy & Minerals Science Center is seeking to establish a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for lab sample analysis services to process clumped isotope geochemical analyses of carbonate minerals samples. The laboratory must have a proven history of measuring clumped isotope analyses that meet state-of-the-art analytical precision and follow community-accepted InterCarb standardization practices.
• The BPA calls will be processed as fixed price.
• The contractor must bid for unit price per sample, and the total price will be calculated from the total number of samples.
• No funding will be obligated for BPA, and all charges will be processed through obligations on BPA calls.
• The period of performance is from March 27, 2026, to March 26, 2031.
• A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
