Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids for a construction/reclamation/plugging project in Clay County, WV, for five wells collectively known as the Elkhurst Federal Multi-Well Plugging Package. The project includes site preparation, mobilization, and demobilization, as well as the plugging of the wells. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the project.
