The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide non-contract garbage services for ABC Store 105, located at 30500 Alabama Highway 181, Unit 206, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. The services are required from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within this solicitation. • The supplier must furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted. • The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract. • The supplier must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975. • The supplier must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. after bid opening, if requested.
