Fixed Wing Maintenance and Repair

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety for the purpose of hiring a contract aircraft mechanic. The agency’s intent is to hire a contract mechanic firm to assist the one mechanic in completing required inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and updates/upgrades to the agency’s Cessna single-engine aircraft. The key responsibilities of the contract mechanic firm will include performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the aircraft, as well as providing technical support and advice to the agency's mechanic. The contract mechanic firm will be required to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to perform the work. • The contract mechanic firm must have experience in maintaining and repairing Cessna single-engine aircraft. • The contract mechanic firm must provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications. • The contract mechanic firm must provide a list of all necessary tools and equipment required to perform the work. • The contract mechanic firm must provide a detailed breakdown of their pricing, including all costs associated with the work. • The contract mechanic firm must comply with all State terms and conditions relating to the contract.
