STX)-2026-014 Addendum 2 (Security Services at Marine and Aviation Facilities in St. Croix, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide armed and/or unarmed security services at marine and aviation facilities on the island of St. Croix. The successful firm will be expected to meet stringent professional and safety standards as mandated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard, and VIPA's Police Department. The services shall be provided in a safe, attractive, and proficient manner, reflecting VIPA's image and its ability to provide superior customer service. • The successful firm will be expected to employ management and operational personnel with professional experience and expertise in the provision of this service. • The firm will be required to provide all labor and equipment for providing the services. • The contract will be awarded pursuant to VIPA's Procurement Policies and Procedures, Section IV Competitive Bidding. • The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, make multiple awards, or to re-advertise for bids.
