Description
The Lane County Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a complete upgrade of the parking lot at the Hendricks Bridge day‑use area. The work encompasses demolition of existing pavement and structures, grading, storm‑water and sewer utilities, new asphalt concrete paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, ADA‑compliant parking improvements, installation of a new pay‑station kiosk, signage, and associated site furnishings, all while complying with Oregon environmental permits, erosion‑and‑sediment‑control requirements, and prevailing‑wage statutes. The project budget is estimated between $500K and $750K, with construction slated to begin in August 2026 and final completion required by 30 April 2028.
