Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for Bayer Contrast Injectors at various facilities within VISN 23. The contract period will be 3 years, with 1-year ordering periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, software updates, and telephone technical support. The contractor must have a field service representative located within 7 hours of each medical center in VISN 23, and must provide documentation of factory-certified service/maintenance training on the specific equipment.
• The contractor will provide preventive maintenance at intervals in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
• The contractor will provide software updates and telephone technical support for the Certegra software.
• The contractor will provide thorough documentation of work performed, including serial numbers, problems identified, and remedies applied.
• The contractor must meet the acceptable quality levels, including 100% compliance to standards, unless otherwise noted.
