The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to LECO Corporation for the renewal of a Platinum Maintenance Plan for the LECO CHNS. The maintenance plan ensures continued calibration of the equipment for consistent results and keeps the units operable within the NETL operating environment. * The maintenance plan is for a specific period of performance (POP 03/30/2026 - 03/29/2027) * LECO Corporation is the only vendor qualified to provide installation, adjustment, and training for their LECO CHNS * The maintenance plan ensures compatibility with the existing systems * Interested parties who believe they can meet the NETL requirement must respond by 1300 PM ED on 03/16/2026
