Caltrans District 10 is seeking a qualified architectural‑engineering firm to provide on‑call right‑of‑way land‑surveying services on an as‑needed basis across eight counties. The contract will be award‑by‑qualification, spanning three years, with an estimated value between $2.0 M and $3.3 M. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes required certifications, a detailed organizational chart, ten one‑page example projects, and disclosures regarding any use of Generative AI. Vendor services must be supported by rate sheets rather than competitive bids, and the DBE participation goal has been removed.
• Provide on‑call right‑of‑way engineering surveying (land‑net maps, control surveys, monumentation, etc.) for Caltrans projects in District 10.
• Submit a single PDF SOQ by 08/25/2026, including SF‑330, transmittal letters, and required certifications (DVBE, DIR, GenAI disclosure, etc.).
• Must include a qualified Consultant Contract Manager with ≥ 5 years of serial contract‑management experience and meet licensing (PLS or pre‑1982 civil engineer) requirements.
