Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking quotations for Canon ink cartridges, including magenta, cyan, and yellow cartridges, for use in their Imageprograf printers. The contract term will be 365 days, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The successful seller will be required to deliver the products at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.
• The City is exempt from federal excise and transportation taxes, as well as Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax.
• The seller must not include any sales taxes in their costs to be reimbursed by the City.
• The seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, costs, claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses.
• The seller must comply with all applicable laws, including ordinances, executive orders, rules, and regulations of any governmental body.
• The seller must provide insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability, as specified in the contract.
The City's requirements for the ink cartridges include:
• Canon Imageprograf tm-200/tm-205/tm-300/tm-305 magenta ink cartridge (130ml)
• Canon Imageprograf tm-200/tm-205/tm-300/tm-305 cyan ink cartridge (130ml)
• Canon Imageprograf tm-200/tm-205/tm-300/tm-305 yellow ink cartridge (130ml)
The seller must quote on all items specified, unless otherwise indicated, and may offer alternate products equal in quality and performance.
