Description
The U.S. Army Research Laboratory is seeking a vendor to provide one Advanced Polymer Chromatography (APC) System and ancillary parts manufactured by Waters Technologies Corporation. The system should meet the Government's minimum technical requirements, which can be found in the attached document "Salient Characteristics". The contract will be a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The evaluation criteria will include price, technical capabilities/specification, and past performance.
• The system must be delivered within thirty days after contract award to the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
• The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the most benefit to the Government.
• The Government reserves the right to award to a higher priced offeror exceeding the minimum requirements if it is most advantageous to the Government.
