Improvements to Lincoln Park is a comprehensive municipal park renovation project that includes new parking lot construction, restroom building renovation, extensive site grading, curb‑and‑gutter and sidewalk installation, playground equipment and splash‑pad installation, rain‑garden and landscaping, selective demolition of existing structures, and utility upgrades (water, sewer, storm, electrical, HVAC).
