Description
The Northville Public Schools is seeking bids for the Northville High School STEAM Addition REBID for Synthetic Turf. The project involves the installation of synthetic turf, and bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The bidding documents consist of plans and specs prepared by TMP Architecture Inc. and can be downloaded from PreCon Suite.
• The bid proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the bidder and any member of the Northville Public Schools, Board of Education, or the Northville Public Schools, Superintendent.
• Bids over the State threshold of $31,321 must be accompanied by a certified cashier’s check or a U.S. treasury listed security bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount.
• Successful bidders whose proposal is $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The cost of the bond shall be included in each proposal.
• All contracts must comply with the equal opportunity laws of the State of Michigan.
