The Town of North Andover is inviting sealed bids for the construction of a recreation complex. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install synthetic turf sports fields, ball courts, precast concrete restroom/storage building, pavements, site furnishings, sports and site lighting, fencing and ball netting, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, and utilities.
