On-Call Marine Vessel Diving Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure marine vessel diving services for Pierce County. Services include routine maintenance, repairs and emergency inspections to two ferry vessels and other County owned facilities. The contract term is one year with an option to extend for one additional year at the mutual agreement of the Contractor and the County. • The work will be assigned to the Contractor by Work Orders, with each Work Order addressing the scope of work and time of completion. • The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. • The Contractor shall obtain and maintain the minimum insurance set forth in the Contract. • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations governing the job site, employees, and subcontractors.
