Description
The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a vendor to devise an international trip for the Zicklin School of Business's Executive MBA and MS programs to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with an alternate trip to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, California if a trip to Vietnam is not feasible. The trip will take place from March 20-31, 2026, and will include company visits, cultural activities, and networking opportunities. The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing similar services and must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, itinerary, and logistics.
• The trip will include visits to local companies, start-ups, non-profits, NGOs, and governmental agencies.
• The vendor must provide a cultural orientation and arrange for all logistical aspects of the trip, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.
• The vendor must also provide comprehensive general liability insurance for all participants.
• The trip is part of a course for academic credit, and students will be expected to participate actively in the sessions and prepare in advance for the discussions.
• The vendor must have extensive knowledge of the region and be able to provide high-quality visits and speakers.
